The Elsick Wellbeing Experience - Relax Edition
We are thrilled to invite you to The Elsick Wellbeing Experience, a unique wellness event set in the heart of the North-East Countryside at Elsick House.
Shona from AB Wellness & Reflexology and I are super excited to partner together to offer a rejuvenating evening, designed to nurture your body, mind and spirit.
What to expect:
Yoga and Breathwork Session:
We'll begin our evening with a yoga and breathwork practice, inviting you to connect with your body through movement and breath. Led by yours truly, you will learn how to use yoga to understand what’s going on in your body and mind to promote relaxation. Class suitable for all levels - of course!
Hand Reflexology Workshop:
Once we've landed into our bodies, we turn our attention to the healing art of reflexology, a practice that has been cherished for centuries for its ability to restore balance and harmony to the body and mind.
Through Shona's gentle guidance and hands-on experience, you will learn the ancient techniques of self-reflexology, unlocking the pathways to better energy, mood and overall well-being.
Nourishment and Connection:
We'll conclude the evening with an opportunity to connect with likeminded souls as you enjoy a delicious non-alcoholic cocktail courtesy of Carouse and delicious treats from some incredible local businesses. Allowing you to savour the experience while connecting to the other incredible souls around you - we're all about building an epic community here!

Join us for our for our summer series of yoga and sea swimming at Aberdeen Beach (Fittie End). We meet by the toilet block.
A 45-minute yoga practice on the beach with the sounds of the shore as our anchor and connection. Then, if you so choose to, we head out into the sea for a quick but invigorating dook.
Places are £10 pp and spaces are limited so please book on early to avoid disappointment. Please read our T&Cs and use the link to book. Unfortunately Refunds aren’t possible but if you cannot attend, I’m happy for you to gift your space to a friend instead.
Please bring your own mat as these cannot be provided.

A monthly offering that invites you to commit one hour of your month to deepening your connection to your body through a 60 minute embodied, playful, rhythmic vinyasa practice.
Expect a class that lovingly guides you through movement, breathwork and inquisitive themes that invite you to learn more about yourself and how you interact in this world.

Nourish & Fold Lunch
Join me on Saturday 23rd March to nourish yourself from the inside out.
We kickstart the morning with an hour of vinyasa yoga, breathwork and meditation to to invite you to awaken the body and connect inward. These classes are suitable for everyone from a total beginner who can’t touch their toes to those who like a little spicier movement practice.
Once we’re suitably warmed up and stretched out, we’ll head downstairs to enjoy lunch in our favourite lunch spot - Secondhome Cafe! Kirsty develops the most incredible menus for us - it’s almost too hard to pick one thing.
These are lovely, welcoming spaces for you to restore after a busy week, meet new likeminded people and connect with others.

Knot To Unknot
Macrame Plant Hanger & Yoga Workshop
Combining yoga and other creative practices to bring more zen into my life is so important to me. That’s why I’m delighted to collaborate with Stephanie to offer the Knot to Unknot half-day experience.
We’ll begin with a 60-minute yoga class to stretch the body and quiet the mind before beginning the macrame plant hanging workshop.
Macramé is back in a modern way to bring a fresh bohemian look to your space. Discover the age-old techniques of macrame with Stephanie from Le Petit Moose. Learn how to create a series of different decorative knots using easy-to-manipulate natural cotton rope to create a versatile plant hanger. Please feel free to bring along a shallow bowl, glass orb, terracotta or ceramic planter no larger than 25cm wide to add to your completed hanger.
About your tutors
Stephanie Fradette is the fibre artist behind the brand “Le Petit Moose”, a nod to her French-Canadian roots. The Scottish-based artist blends bold colours into her woven, knotted and tufted wall hangings, showcasing rich textures, contemporary design and craftsmanship. She has been weaving since 2014, enjoys delivering community-building creative workshops across the UK and has just published her first book, “Playful Peg Loom Weaving”. Megan Keith is a qualified vinyasa yoga instructor and the face behind Breathe Sisters. She creates safe, playful and pleasurable practices designed to allow you to connect inward and develop greater body awareness and confidence that you can take both on and off the mat.

If hitting the bars or clubs of Aberdeen isn’t your scene, but you’re craving an evening where you can chill out after a busy week, reset and connect with yourself and like-minded people - then this is for you.
An Alternative Friday Night
Brings you good vibes and good times without loud music and busy spaces. During our two-hour session, we will:
Move through a 75-minute carefully curated yoga class designed to let you drop into your body, rinse away all the stress of your week and kick off your weekend feeling zen.
Connect breath and body in pranayama and meditation so you feel completely at ease.
After our yoga and meditation session, we will get super cosy, kick back with a mindful non-alcoholic cocktail and begin our journalling session. This will be around 45 minutes of guided journalling designed to encourage mindfulness and get intentional about how you live your life so you can embody everything you dream you can be.
Investment £18 for the two-hour session.
